Maria Grazia Chiuri's Dior 2017 runway collection was a conveyor belt of utilitarian workwear inspired by women's factory workwear from WWII that included a symphony of delicate femininity and military overtones. As an army of models marched to a militaristic theme of monochromatic denim clad blue and black leather berets that showed both strength and femininity, I couldn't think of a more befitting army that I would rather enlist to.
